Nadira is a highly qualified Pilates instructor with certifications in Pilates for Back Pain, Pilates for Pregnancy, Matwork, Advanced Matwork, Reformer, Advanced Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, as well as Ball, Circle and Band. She has also completed advanced studies in Anatomy, Matwork Programming & Progressions, and Reformer Progressions, ensuring a deep understanding of movement and body mechanics to support her clients' diverse needs.
