Book your Pilates session with ease! Whether you're working on core strength, flexibility, or recovering from injury, we’ve got classes to suit every level.
How to Book:
Select a class type: Choose from Reformer or Floor Pilates Sessions.
Pick a date and time: Find a time that works best for you.
Confirm your booking and make payment for the class: You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Please Note - you will recieve our studio address once you have made a booking, the address, including a Google Maps link will be included in the confirmation email.
Important Notes:
Arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing.
Bring a water bottle and towel.
Bundle Packages:
You will find our discounted Bundles available under the section ‘Products & Packages”. Already got a 3, 5, or 10-pack? Make sure to use your sessions before they expire. Bundle packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If you need to check the balance remaining on a Bundle you have - please head over to the section named ‘Check Code Balance’.
Cancellation Policy:
Need to cancel or reschedule? No problem! Just make changes at least 24 hours before your session to avoid losing your spot. Cancellations will not produce a refund, however we will provide you a class credit. If you cancel your scheduled class less than 24 hours prior to your booking - you will forfiet your entire payment.
